Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- Enter the home with just 2 steps up from the gravel parking area.
- This home is accessed by a paved road that is steep in parts, and the driveway is mostly level and gravel. Due to the elevation, 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter months.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Pet friendly with pet rent of $50 per night, per dog plus tax.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
Fees and Payments
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Pet rent of $50 per night, per dog plus tax.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
Parking Information
- The driveway is mostly level and gravel. There is a gravel parking area at the home. The access road is paved but steep in parts. 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter months.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and bed linens will be provided.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
- Depending on your phone carrier, your cell phone signal may or may not work in this location. Verizon is the best coverage here. If your wireless plan supports it, you can use your phone's data as a hotspot.
Safety and Emergency Information
- The owners of this home use two exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is on the upper back porch facing the mountain view. The other is on the left side of the upper back porch facing the side entrance.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
